USE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IS ACCEPTANCE
OF SELLER'S DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS/SERVICES PURCHASED FROM HIPP RACING LLC
Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services provided by or manufactured and/or sold by Hipp Racing LLC are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured Hipp Racing LLC for a particular application is solely the purchasers decision. Hipp Racing LLC makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on their product/service without incurring any obligation to install the same on products/services previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the Buyer's installation or use of products/services purchased from Hipp Racing LLC.

All returns must receive prior authorization, be shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Hipp Racing LLC will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Special orders must be prepaid and are not returnable. Freight charges from refused shipments will be applied to the customer's account and must be paid before further shipments will be made. All COD shipments are payable by cashier's check or money order only, made payable to Hipp Racing LLC for the exact COD amount. Truck freight shipments must be prepaid (no CODs) and may include a $20.00 pallet charge if applicable.

Warranty on all parts limited to manufactures warranty only and will be between the purchaser and the manufacturer.
